Mountain Top Hotel In Manali

The hotel is one of the worst. They only want to sell their rooms and give false information about the rooms. When i asked for the best room they have they suggested room with round bed is the best, however when we reached the hotel it was smallest room and the worst. I had specifically told them that our legs wont fit in round bed but the women who was booking our room insisted that we will be comfortably accommodated in the bed with our kid. We had bad experience. Then Food was also the worst. Only good thing there is view from the terrace.

Stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights. I would suggest this hotel if you want to have an experience of bad smell from bathroom. The smell is coming from the bathroom window which is just next to the bathroom pipes. Even after complaining, they didnt rectify the issue, but just came with a room fresher packet. Also the blankets are very dirty and very old. The food is good and they are selling 1 litre water bottle for 37 rupees which i feel very weird.

1. Experience was not good at all, barring just 1-2 things. 2. Room was not as good as shown in the pictures. 3. Bedsheets, pillow cover were not clean. 4. Electric kettle was not clean at all and more over to get it changed have to struggle a lot, called the reception for more than 5 times. 4. Towels had awful smell. 5. Toiletries were not replenished. 6. Buffet breakfast was told to start at 8 AM, but didn't happened, night before check out I requested them to please provide breakfast at about 8 AM, I was assured that it will be provided... If not full buffet ... At least sandwich will ne provided ... But same ... Had to checkout without eating anything.

Hotel Mountain Top is a hotel with a good nature view and reasonable prices inside Manali. The roof garden here is even more beautiful, from where you can sit and watch the natural beauty of Manali for hours. It looks even more beautiful at night. The environment of the hotel is family friendly, safe, and the food is very good for such an affordable price, do try their egg curry once. The bathroom sleepers were not available there but on my request they also provided that it was a good thing. I highly recommend staying here if you want an affordable price hotel with all facilities.
